Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Benefits Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits implementation and configuration. The ideal candidate will have experience delivering end-to-end Benefits solutions, translating business requirements into functional configurations, and supporting successful implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits solutions based on business requirements.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to employee benefits.
- Translate business requirements into functional solutions and configure Benefits plans, programs, options, and eligibility rules.
- Participate in end-to-end Oracle HCM Benefits implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Conduct functional testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolve configuration-related issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
- Troubleshoot Benefits-related issues and provide functional support as required.
- Prepare functional documentation and support knowledge transfer activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a strong focus on Benefits.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits configuration and implementation.
- Experience working on at least two Oracle HCM Benefits implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Benefits configuration, including plans, programs, options, eligibility profiles, and related setup.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Oracle HCM Benefits solutions.
- Experience in functional testing, issue resolution, and implementation support.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Familiarity with HR business processes and employee benefits administration.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams in a remote delivery environment.
Work Location
Hyderabad is the preferred location. Remote candidates may also be considered.
